Ticket sales Militracks Event

The Overloon War Museum is the oldest museum about the Second World War in Western Europe, and also the largest war museum in the Netherlands. Militracks is an annual two-day event of the museum and is the largest event worldwide for German WW2 vehicles, with 10,000 visitors per day from all over the world.

Assignment

The assignment was to conduct an online campaign aimed at ticket sales for Militracks. Both for the early-bird sale and the regular sale. A day at Militracks is positioned as a fun experience for young and old.

 

Approach

With a differentiated approach, we reach different target groups – museum visitors, previous visitors to the event, new target groups – in a (cost-) effective way. To achieve this, we use search ads via Google Ads & Ad Grants as well as display and video ads. We also provide advice and provide input on other online areas (website, social media) to ensure the best possible online event.

Results

Militracks was completely sold out in 2022 and almost completely sold out in 2023.
